Relief Is Possible. You Just Haven't Found the Right Team Yet.

What is Palliative Care?

Specialized Care Focused on One Thing: Your Quality of Life.

Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with serious illness, chronic pain, or life-limiting conditions. It focuses on relieving symptoms — pain, breathlessness, fatigue, anxiety, nausea — so that you can live as fully and comfortably as possible, regardless of your diagnosis or stage of illness.

Palliative care is not the same as hospice. It can begin at any stage of illness, alongside any other treatment you are receiving. You do not have to be at the end of life to benefit from it.

At PalliCare Health, we bring this specialized care to patients across Arizona through outpatient clinic appointments and telehealth — making expert symptom relief accessible to the people who need it most.

How We Help

Every patient is different. Every care plan is built around you.

Chronic Pain Management

Persistent pain is not something you should have to simply "manage" or live with. Whether your pain comes from nerve damage, cancer, musculoskeletal conditions, or an undiagnosed source, our team works to find targeted, meaningful relief, so that pain stops running your life.

Serious Illness Support

For patients living with heart failure, COPD, ALS, Parkinson's disease, MS, or other serious conditions, PalliCare Health provides expert symptom management and compassionate support — addressing both the physical and emotional toll of illness, at every stage.

Advance Care Planning

Understanding your options and making informed decisions about your care gives you control during one of life's most uncertain times. Our team walks alongside patients and families to discuss goals, clarify wishes, and create a care plan that truly reflects what matters most to you.

Cancer Symptom Care

Cancer brings more than a diagnosis — it brings pain, fatigue, nausea, weight loss, and emotional weight that affects every part of life. We partner with oncology teams to manage these symptoms directly, so that patients can focus on treatment and the people they love.

Emotional & Psychological Care

Chronic illness and serious diagnosis carry an emotional weight that is just as real as the physical symptoms. We address anxiety, depression, fear, and emotional overwhelm as a core part of every patient's care plan — not as an afterthought.

Telehealth Appointments

Expert palliative care from the comfort of your home. PalliCare Health offers telehealth appointments for patients across Arizona — because your energy is precious, and care should come to you. Same-day appointments are often available.
